It's a good project given the luxury it provides and has been fav among NRIs but they did some shady tactic around covid and started secluding common areas and build some wall and fencing towards revenue road.
It is a good place to rent since rental yield is low(i think it's somewhere close to 1.5-2%) and invest your money somewhere else to enjoy appreciation.
