The maintenance cost of this society is quite expensive, often the caretaker of the society do not listen to our problems. Parking area needs to be more bigger as there are more and more vehicles in the parking lot. If the electricity bill is delayed even for a day then the electricity power is cut down. Poor Lift Quality. The society is consistently kept clean, with garbage collections done on time, ensuring hygiene is maintained. There are seepage issues on the walls of toilets and ceilings. None of them bother to rectify these seepages, which will surely reduce the structure's life.

DLF Skycourt seemed well maintained though and the only issue I have been made aware of as of now is seepage in some flats. The construction quality is better than 95% of societies in New Gurugram area and the maintenance team is up to task everytime.
