Good construction quality, security, and amenities, but secluded location

It's a bit secluded, but I loved the society. It is green, is peaceful, with good security. Flats are constructed better than most other societies. Shops and salons are there in the complex. Multi-level parking is present, basketball and tennis courts, ample gardens, etc. It's a good place to live in.

no issue faced like waterlogging. construction quality is alright (tbh never felt like any society apart from ultra luxury provides good quality) but I feel like with time it won't age well.
