The management of the housing complex is very poor. They impose numerous hidden charges on residents, such as extra fees for painting and other additional work beyond basic maintenance. Maintenance charges are high, and in my opinion, they are not being utilized properly or transparently. Additionally, the quality of construction is subpar, with frequent seepage problems. Owners are left to bear the costs, and the maintenance team neglects internal flat issues.

Good construction quality, security, and amenities, but secluded location

It's a bit secluded, but I loved the society. It is green, is peaceful, with good security. Flats are constructed better than most other societies. Shops and salons are there in the complex. Multi-level parking is present, basketball and tennis courts, ample gardens, etc. It's a good place to live in.
