Location not ideal for commuters, issues with water logging and local amenities

Only good for work from home please. No MNC provides cab here. Uber/Zomato partners are not happy to deliver here. Extreme trouble of water logging during rains. The malls nearby are useless. No good market in the radius of 5 KM. Schools nearby are horrible. Sec 102 is not for everyone, the loneliness here can get you in the dipression.

Excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and timely garbage collection

Everything from the proximity to market areas and schools to the impeccable maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness makes life incredibly convenient and comfortable. I never have to worry about garbage piling up thanks to the timely collection.
