My father bought a flat in this society in 2010 and the builder said that it will be completed till 2015 but it's 2024 and builder renounce himself insolvent and the project is still under construction only 4 buildings (A, B, C & D) are partly functional there is a suit instituted against the builder...now the builder is committing fraud by selling those flats which are already sold to someone.
I would request new buyer to please don't invest in this project because builder is trying to SELL, already SOLD project.

The whole project was SOLD out in the year 2010-11 but people who invested has not yet received their home and still waiting.
Families are already living in the front towers, with possession for other towers expected very soon (within 3 to 4 months).
