Construction quality is top class from a project of this stature and maintenance is excellent. Mobile network is also very good in the area as I saw from my field visit.

Area is safe, posh and with top class civic facilities. Only some water does accumulate in heavy monsoons but that is only a temporary thing. This well-developed area is well connected to major parts.
